Store Purpose

Constant Prints sells print-on-demand wall art featuring vintage artwork, public-domain paintings, illustrations, posters, historic photos, and related imagery.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate account, shipping, and contact information.

Orders and Pricing

Product prices, available formats, sizes, shipping rates, and taxes may change. We try to display accurate information, but errors can occur. We may correct errors, cancel problematic orders, or contact you for instructions when necessary.

Payment

Checkout is processed through Stripe. Orders are not sent to fulfillment until payment is confirmed through the verified Stripe webhook process.

Print-on-Demand Production

Products are made after purchase. Availability, production time, shipping method, and fulfillment status depend on provider capabilities and destination address.

Artwork and Public Domain Sources

Constant Prints does not claim copyright ownership over public-domain source artwork. We may digitally prepare, catalog, describe, crop, format, or arrange images for print production and ecommerce display.

Customer Content and Conduct

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with checkout or fulfillment systems, scrape private endpoints, submit false information, or use the site for unlawful activity.

Product Appearance

Artwork previews are representative. Color, paper texture, framing, crop, scale, and final appearance may vary by product type, size, monitor settings, and production process.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Constant Prints is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the site, delays, carrier issues, third-party services, or product expectations beyond the purchase price paid.
