How replacements, damaged packages, and order problems are handled.
Returns and Replacements
Constant Prints sells made-to-order wall art. Because each item is produced specifically for the customer, we generally cannot accept returns for buyer's remorse, incorrect size choice, color preference, or address mistakes after production begins.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, photos of the product, photos of the packaging, and any carrier damage notes.
Replacement Review
We review each issue case by case. When the problem is confirmed, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another reasonable resolution depending on the order status and fulfillment details.
Color and Cropping
Screen colors vary by device, and printed colors can differ slightly from a backlit screen preview. Some products may require fit, crop, or placement decisions based on artwork aspect ratio and selected print size.
Canceling an Order
Orders can only be canceled before they are sent into production. Once fulfillment begins, cancellation may not be available.
