Shipping Overview

Each order is printed on demand after checkout. Production, packing, and shipping are handled through our print fulfillment partner, Printful, using the shipping address you provide at checkout.

Production Time

Most wall art orders enter production after payment is confirmed. Production time depends on the selected format, size, destination, and current fulfillment volume. Posters, framed posters, canvas prints, and metal prints may have different production timelines.

Shipping Rates

Shipping is calculated separately from the artwork price. At checkout, the store requests available shipping rates based on your destination address and selected products. Taxes are handled through Stripe where available and are not hardcoded by Constant Prints.

Tracking

When fulfillment provides tracking, it will appear in your account order details and may also be sent by email. Tracking can take time to update after the carrier receives the package.

Address Accuracy

Please review your shipping address before payment. If an order has already entered production, address changes may not be possible. Contact us quickly if you notice an address problem.

Multiple Packages

Large orders or mixed-format orders may ship in more than one package. Tracking may be issued separately for each shipment.

Delivery Issues

If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package, check nearby delivery areas and contact the carrier first. If the issue remains unresolved, contact support with your order number.
